Facilities & Catering

Practical information to help you find your way around Parc y Scarlets.

Toilets

  • ▹Toilets are located on all floors of Parc y Scarlets stadium.
  • ▹Accessible toilets are located on the ground and 1st floor.

Multi-faith Prayer Room

  • ▹A multi-faith prayer room is located on the first floor, in Hospitality Box 12.

Wi-Fi

  • ▹The Wi-Fi code will be displayed on posters around the conference venue.

Car Parking

  • ▹There is sufficient car parking on site in the adjacent parking for the stadium.
  • ▹In the event of a full car park, an overflow car park 5 minutes away will be available.

Catering

  • ▹Refreshments will be available at set intervals throughout the conference — please refer to the agenda for times.
  • ▹Pre-advised dietary requirements will be accommodated. If you have not notified the events team of your requirements, you may not have been allocated appropriate refreshments — please speak to a conference co-ordinator.
  • ▹You are welcome to use the outside of the stadium for fresh air during breaks; however, you will not be permitted on the pitch.

Quinell Lounge

The main plenary room at Parc y Scarlets, hosting registration, keynote addresses, poster presentations, refreshments and lunch. Most of the conference's headline sessions take place here.

Carwyn James Lounge

A breakout suite used for the parallel workshop streams, including Leadership & Management and Taking and Passing the MSRA.

Phil Bennett Lounge

A breakout suite hosting Sunday's Research & Innovation Ready workshop stream.

Heineken Suite

A breakout suite hosting Sunday's Rapid Fire Presentations workshop stream.
